    Add a missing exit after an error message.
    
    If you give an invalid operand to the -b option, such as 0, spigot
    would diagnose the error but then forget to exit, so that it continued
    with the bogus setting until it hit an assertion failure or divided by
    zero or some such. Now it does 'return 1' just like after any other
    argument-parsing error.
