    Advertise the Windows on Arm builds.
    
    For the moment, of course, these only appear on the Snapshots page
    (though the machinery is all there for them to be included in the next
    set of release or pre-release binaries). And to avoid the download
    page getting too confusing (not to mention hinting at the experimental
    nature of these binaries), I've put all the WoA stuff down at the
    bottom in a separate box, rather than giving it equal status with the
    x86 Windows versions. (Again for the moment.)
