    bob-deliver: improve pax header parsing.
    
    I now realise that \n is actually legal _in_ pax headers, precisely
    because the length field points to the newline that terminates the
    header, so other newlines can appear before that without being
    mistaken for the terminator. Accordingly, I shouldn't make that
    mistake myself.
