    Recent development work:
    
     - ssh-proxy is now feature-complete
     - proxy-password-prompt is implemented (though without the extra-credit
       suggestions in the previous writeup, of caching an interactively
       entered password so as to reuse it in later proxy instances)
     - resize-delay is fixed
     - http-digestauth is fixed
     - window-title-charset is fixed
    
    Overdue updates to other entries:
    
     - short-rsa2-key-crash should have been labelled as fixed several
       releases ago
     - I think we should declare cygwin-terminal-window to be as fixed as
       it's going to be, since psusan is (among other things) the
       productised replacement for cygtermd
    
    Things I noticed in passing:
    
     - capitalisation error in gtk-xsun-badatom

    Batch of writeups of recent new work.
    
    Written up the Windows HANDLE closing race (several users reported it,
    and in particular they got confused about the need to update both of
    PuTTY and Pageant to benefit from the fix); time-safe RSA key gen;
    -pwfile; the UTF-8 ST fix that was prematurely terminating processing
    of window-title OSCs.
    
    This isn't everything, but it's a start.
