    autogen.sh: switch to running 'autoreconf -i'.
    
    I still don't really understand what the difference is, but on at
    least one system, 'autoconf -f -i' complains about AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
    being an unrecognised macro, whereas 'autoreconf -i' gets it right.
