Links page: clarify what RFC 4256 is for.

I was looking for the keyboard-interactive RFC today and was confused
that I couldn't find it on our Links page. The reason is that it
doesn't actually say "keyboard-interactive" anywhere in the title,
even though that's what the auth method is known as in most contexts
(certainly in PuTTY's own config and docs).

Added a footnote so that the word "keyboard-interactive" appears near
    the link.
