    Tweak introduction wording.
    
    Feedback from a reader suggests that I should be clearer about
    excluding the case of TLS client certs from my tirade, since the
    <keygen> setup made a lot more sense in that situation and there
    (apparently) still isn't a good alternative now it's gone.
    
    But I remain unimpressed by the use of <keygen> for keys that are not
    going to end up owned by the browser at all.
