    Buildscr: fix HTML manpage generation.
    
    Apparently I never updated this when I moved the man page into the
    'doc' subdirectory in commit 733ad79cb451f3d. So Buildscr was
    appending the versionid to a nonexistent file, and then building that
    into manpage.html. Oops!
