    New wishlist item following on from certkeys.
    
    This was on my TODO list for the certificates project in general. I
    can see that it _might_ be useful, but I don't know that it's
    _definitely_ useful, so rather than doing the work proactively and
    maybe wasting my time, I think I'll just throw it in the wishlist for
    now and wait to see if anyone tells us they'd actually like it.
