    Update links for KiTTY.
    
    Jacob's addition of a Github issue link to the wishlist made me think
    that if we know where KiTTY's Github lives then it makes sense to put
    it on the links page.
    
    Also, in an unusual case, I've added a link to the unrelated project
    'kitty', just to make it clear that there are two of them named
    differently that you have to avoid confusing. That link has
    rel="nofollow", on the vague theory that if it's _not_ related to
    PuTTY then it's not the business of the PuTTY website to lend it cred
    :-)

    0.79 is released!
    
    I've also taken the unusual step of editing the changelog section for
    0.78, now that we're allowed to say what the MSI scope problem was all
    about, and now that it's also safe to recommend ALLUSERS=1 instead of
    'uninstall the older version first'.
