    Draw the snap-pizzicato mark both ways up.
    
    The SMuFL spec for music font encoding wants both kinds, and it's easy
    enough to add. This commit doesn't add the new glyph to any output
    font file, but it draws it in font.py, and changes the internal name
    of the previous glyph to disambiguate.
