    Add a nav bar link for the privacy page.
    
    When I put this up originally I was in too much of a hurry to link to
    it from the main website - it just needed to exist at all to expedite
    a Windows Store approval. But now it's polished and also included as a
    docs appendix, and now that it contains actually useful information,
    it seems silly _not_ to give it a nav bar link.
