    New semi-bug for "Store doesn't install to S mode".
    
    Reported for the first time this week, against PuTTY 0.81, which makes
    me suspicious that something has changed at the Store end, since it's
    not as if 0.81 is brand new.
    
    But I have no idea what we can do about it unless we get more detail
    from somewhere, so this writeup is mostly a request for information,
    if anyone has some.
