    Fix hstem hint at the top of the T.
    
    It was at the top of the vertical, which is a silly place to put it:
    it ought to be on the highest point (the right-hand end of the
    crossbar), to ensure that point is lined up with everything else that
    was moved by a stem hint in the same place.
