    gtk-small-keypad-ub: update for observed behaviour
    
    From the original Debian bug report, where the keys just didn't work at
    all. (The previous description was reverse-engineered from the code
    change, not observed behaviour.)
    
    Also, use the more commonly accepted term 'nav cluster' for these keys,
    which I only recently learned.
