eddsa-overlarge-s: explain the misunderstanding better.
There were a few too many vague generalities in my attempt to reassure
readers why that alarming-looking quotation from the 2021 paper was
not as bad as it looked. Now I've gone back and read the 2014 citation
in more detail, I have a better explanation.
(And indeed it _is_ not as alarming as it looks: it's a rules-lawyering
attack against the _proof_, not an attack against real SSH.)
