Incidentally, there's a delicious irony here - the search on many of
the government websites (e.g. http://www.parliament.uk/,
http://www.hmso.gov.uk/ ) is either MuscatFX, Muscat Empower, or
DialogServer, all of which are implemented on top of Muscat 3.6, the
closed-source system which Xapian was originally written to replace.
