I use the scriptindex with --stemmer=dutch for some projects, and
--stemmer=none for others.

Yes, I can confirm that. The --stemmer=dutch works, but the
--stemmer=none doesn't work.
With default stemmer I meant: what stemmer is used when I omit this
--stemmer statement, is it english or 'no stemmer'?

This behaviour is with XAPIAN and OMEGA 1.0.1, and not with 0.9.10.
