Yes, you'll need to make sure Omega has the correct command line 
switches and config file setup, otherwise it dies. I haven't got a 
installation guide for Windows handy but you should be able to work most 
of it out from the docs.

I have run into problems with Omindex due to path separators before, 
this may be the issue here. I must admit I haven't done a vast amount of 
testing with Omega on Windows (although I did crowbar it into IIS once), 
as we usually use the Python bindings for Windows installations.
