Thanks for reporting this, but they seem to be working now, and the
permissions look good on the server.

The server actually crashed while I was running the website update
script the first time (unconnected I think - we have had some
instability recently), and I reran it after the reboot.  So maybe
you hit the window in the crash and the second update and the crash
had left permissions oddly set.

We build the new version of the site in a temporary location, set the
permissions, and then rsync it over, so I would think the permissions
should be OK during a normal update.
