The use of XML and CSS and raster maps (gif.,jpg)

It is not on the topic but...

1. XML & CSS. 
I use XML and CSS to put my maps in CSS layers to compose a complete html
map.
Follow the link at http://www/nl-nl.nl and look at one examples given on the
linked page (follow the link)
It is mainly a Dutch site but that is a minor problem. But it gives an
example of using jpg and gif together on one map.

2. Anaglyphs 
Also ( but completely off the topic) there is an example of stereo
photographs (anaglyphs) I prepared with use of adobe photoshop.
But generating stereographic maps with XML if possible would be interesting.
