Amazing! If the Welsh want a search system they go to Russia to get one. No
wonder England is plunging into economic recession!

Seriously, I don't have any knowledge of Welsh or know of any work on Welsh
stemming. It occurs to me that a possible place to enquire would be at the
Department of Computer Science, University of Aberystwyth, Wales, but I do
not have any contacts there.
