I'm a developer of OpenFTS full text SE (openfts.sourceforge.net),
that's why he asked me. His site has welsh and english parts and he
wants to search through all parts.

I spent several hours searching the web but didn't found any mentions
about Welsh stemmer. I was looking also for ispell dict but also with
no luck.
