Hej
Yo (Ё, ё) is the seventh letter of the Russian Cyrillic alphabet. In
printed Russian yo is still replaced by the letter ye due to their
similar appearance and the ability for speakers to tell by context
which sound is represented.

From Russian stemming algorithm: "There is a 33rd letter, ё (ë), but
it is rarely used, and we assume it is mapped into е (e)."

I think, it would be good to replace this letter in a prelude. It is
common in Russian search engines and lemmatizers.
My patch is attatched.
