Thank you, Astghik. As you will see, I've already made a page for your
contribution, but we can add to it the ArmSCII-8 encoding, and any other
texts you think it would be helpful to send.

If I get time, I will write a description of the algorithm in English, with
the correct Armenian letters in place, and add it to the
armenian/stemmer.html page.
