Thanks for this, and your other patches submitted via github, Marc.
I've merged them into SVN, and made a new release of pystemmer, 1.3.0,
including these fixes and the fix from Marijn van Vliet for windows,
and using Cython 0.18 to fix the problems with Python 3.3
