Log message (6 lines):
Set the version number centrally in the build script.

This commit removes all uses of svn keyword expansion, and instead
arranges for DoIt's version number to be invented in Buildscr and
passed into source files as a #define (via autoconf in the Unix source
archive, and directly for the Windows binary build).
