    Update link to the home page for CVS.
    
    That whole section is rather out of date anyway - if nothing else,
    TortoiseGIT is a thing these days, and we might usefully mention that
    git itself knows how to interoperate with Plink - but someone's been
    complaining about this one broken link recently, so I can at least fix
    that for now.
