With a proper cygwin/mingw installation (some postinstall scripts had
apparently
failed), some required headers (whose functionality is, I believe, only
implemented in the Cygwin DLL) are missing when compiling with -mno-cygwin and
--build=i686-pc-mingw32.

Has anyone successfully ran any bindings on Win 2000 ?
